Tenure in the Business - I have been in the real estate business since 1991 in the residential real estate market.
Experience - Although, I don't particularly focus on volume for a given year, I have been in the top 25 San Antonio Business Journal Agents and have consistently run multi-million dollar volumes since my first year in the business.
Customer Satisfaction - Volume itself is not a particularly good indicator of how happy you'll be with the process. Over the last four years, I have sold 97% of the homes I've listed. That's a strong indication of customer satisfaction and performance.
Performance - Those sales enjoyed a 56 day median sale time. Comparable statistics are not readily available for the overall market, but looking at my highest sales market, I obtained a median sale time of 44 days while the general market was 62. That's a very strong indicator of successful marketing techniques.
